PvP loot algorithm

The attacker can loot a portion of stored resources in a raid. That amount varies depending on how much resource the defender currently has and the maximum amount in storage.

Loot stolen can be from the defender:

• Storages: Town Hall, Crystal Depot, and Water Tank

• Mines: Crystal Driller and Water Collector

Crystal Driller and Water Collector have internal storage that fills up with the Crystal / Water production. Until the player collects and transfers the resources to the main storages, it remains there and can be stolen with a massive steal rate.
